Our Services
Why?
For many companies the office rent represents the second largest spending after salaries. However, when it comes to renewing or negotiation of their lease most of the companies think the only thing to there is to discuss is the rent per sqm.
Most of the companies seeking assistance when negotiating their lease are large international corporations. They usually hire a real estate specialized advisor to negotiate for them and align their conditions to the market reality and company strategy.
We offer you the same services that large corporations enjoy when negotiating their commercial leases.
Now also the local companies, whether start-ups or market veterans, can benefit from the same knowledge and operating methods.
About us
Anna Briffod
Founder
LOCADVISORY is a company dedicated exclusively to the negotiations of commercial leases.
Prior to creating the company, I co-managed for several years an international real estate advisory firm in Geneva.
I have over 20 years of experience negotiating commercial leases and have secured over 250,000 m² of office space for over 10,000 people.
During my career I have collaborated with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Roche, Firmenich, Alcoa, RBS, Citibank, Honeywell, UBS, Firmenich, eBay, Nestle, Morgan Stanley, Baxter, Yahoo!, ING, Coty, etc.
On the average the company looks at the lease renewal every 5 to 10 years. The growing companies, who need flexibility may do it more often. These are the MUST occasions to review the lease to your advantage.
You may hire a consultant to assist you or alternatively - you can do it on your own, using the lease negotiation Guide that I created based on my 20 years of experience in the service of companies negotiating their commercial leases.
Negotiating your lease may be very rewarding once you master the game, and we will share with you how to do it.
